How We Built a Custom Security ERP for Kuwait Operations

We architected a centralized, cloud-based ERP using a high-performance stack (React.js frontend, Node.js backend, PostgreSQL database). Key modules included:

• Dynamic Quotation Engine: Allowed the sales team to pull centralized pricing, apply conditional discounts, and generate professional PDF quotes in seconds, rather than hours.
• Integrated Delivery Flow: Linked approved quotes directly to the dispatch team's dashboard, automating the creation of Delivery Orders and tracking rider assignments.
• Role-Based Access: Ensured that warehouse staff only saw dispatch queues, while management had full visibility into financials and profitability metrics.
